Chapel Hill Makeover

When our clients bought this property it was in seriously bad shape. The poorly-built roofs of two earlier additions had resulted in long-neglected water damage; in addition there were humidity issues relating to the indoor swimming pool, and the kitchen and bathroom arrangements were clumsy and dysfunctional. In addition to fixing all these problems with new roofs and an elegant new interior layout we added a home business office and a new entry porch and grill deck.
